Thursday, April 12, 2012. Vintage Rose Party Details. We chose a Vintage Rose theme since Evalie's middle name is Rose.after all, once she's old enough to realize this, she likely won't ever let me host a rose party for her again ;) Behold: the party details. Drink Station: Dispensers from Walmart actually didn't work well - don't recommend buying them (I had to return them after the party). Thank you to my stampin up pal Amy for helping me decorate the mason jars! Most of the food spread:. Im sorry I mi...

Monday, January 2, 2012. Paper Heart Banner Tutorial. I've never given a tutorial before on my blog.at least not that I can remember. So, here's a fun little project to use up those piles of beautiful scrappin paper and make something fun for Valentine's Day! 1) Cut a 12X12" scrapbooking paper into 1" strips. Each piece of paper will make two hearts. 2) Then, cut four of each size: 12", 10", and 8" strips. Set aside the four 4" strips that came from the 8" cutting. January 3, 2012 at 8:45 PM. { scraptherapy }: August 2014
http://scrap-therapy.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 9, 2014. Well, that was easy. A little background before I share the story of this last week. We purchased our first home (this home! Almost three years ago in the fall. Our plan was always to stay here for about 5 years or so, depending on how life progressed. And, oh has it progressed! When we moved in, we immediately made this home everything we wanted it to be - we put in all the little details that we knew we would enjoy and I got to decorate to my creative heart's content! { scraptherapy }: Scrapbooking HEAVEN
http://scrap-therapy.blogspot.com/2012/02/scrapbooking-heaven.html
Monday, February 13, 2012. I am sooooooooo lucky to have always had my own scrapbooking room! It's lovely.but usually it's very messy - after all, it's where I do my wild creating! Soon to the fun stuff (ps sorry for the random centering.I can't seem to get blogspot to cooperate and center everything properly)! This room is a small bedroom in our basement. Fortunately, however, it's ground level and FULL of light, which I totally need! It makes the ceiling feel a bit low, but I love it anyway! I used thr...

{ scraptherapy }: April 2015
http://scrap-therapy.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 23, 2015. My Baby Is ONE. Today is a big day in my world: it's my baby girl's first birthday. She couldn't care less - to her it's just another day that also happens to involve chewing on bright gift bows and smearing around cupcake frosting. But, for me, it's a big deal. There's just nothing easy about parenting. To say it's exhausting is putting it mildly. Having one child was manageble for me. Having two children has been one big blur. The sounds she makes when sucking a bottle or a ba...

{ scraptherapy }: 2015 Word of the Year: COURAGE
http://scrap-therapy.blogspot.com/2014/12/2015-word-of-year-courage.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2014. 2015 Word of the Year: COURAGE. I used to be a courageous gal. A little TOO courageous in fact. I was that girl who would say whatever I thought - often without tact - whether you wanted to hear me or not. Let's just say I lost some friends along the way. http://scrap-therapy.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Word of the Year 2014. Photos by Julie Christine Photography}. I am so excited to finally announce my word of the year for 2014. It's taken me a while.in between raising a busy (yes, she's actually busy now) toddler and simply trying to stay awake through these exhausting pregnancy days. But here it is:. 8220;To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”. 8211; Ecclesiastes 3:1. New perspectives on old things. That is SO what I need this year.
