SHERPA REF is a Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) funded beta web service that aims to support authors and institutions in meeting the new open access (OA) requirements of the post-2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF). SHERPA REF builds on the current portfolio of SHERPA services and helps authors and institutions ascertain quickly and accurately whether a journal complies with the REF policy.
