A journal of our holidays. Sunday, July 13, 2014. Cooking up a storm. The next morning we woke up to blue skies which was nice, as when we checked the forecast the day before they had predicted possible storms. After breakfast we chilled in the room for an hour or so until it was time to head to the next town for a Tuscan cooking class! We only looked like half drowned rats. Ryan is so good he can make pasta with his eyes closed. Ryan cooking under Katia's watchful eye. Our homemade pici and aglione sauce.

A journal of our holidays. Monday, May 19, 2014. After classes there was a cocktail party by to get to know other people who were on the training with you. It died down pretty quickly after the free drinks ran out at 8pm. I think a lot of people were still tired from the flights as most people I talked to had flown in on Sunday or some even that morning. I retired soon after finishing my last beer as well.
