Reflections on life, faith, and fatherhood. Add The Myth of a Christian Nation to you “to-do” list. It’s incredible. I’m impressed at the list of books. Another to add to your must reads is irresistible revolution by Shane Claiborne. I’ve given away somewhere around 15 copies of it. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Wednesday, April 29. Yesterday in my Women in Christian History class we again talked about women in ministry and the arguements on both sides- for and against. There are reasoned opinions on both sides (though I think the more. In the same way, I think ultimately what convinces a person to become a Christian is not well thought out arguments, but a direct experience with God, or with someone who is walking in step with him. What do you think? Monday, April 27. Tuesday, April 21. Friday, April 3. All six...

Tuesday, January 13. My roommate Elise got a typewriter for Christmas. She was playing on it over break and wrote us (me and my other roommates) this quirky and inspiring letter (she's a pretty quirky one herself). I enjoyed it and wanted to share. What do you wish for? What do you desire? Do you want to have the speed of carl lewis . . . a runner, i think? Or do you prefer to see the earth from the window of a rocket ship? Do you desire the rush of lost autonomy like a sky diver? 160; aluminum foil?

Reflections on life, faith, and fatherhood. Little Pleasures of Being a Daddy. The other night Shari and I were sitting on the couch with the TV on. I had Sam in my lap, and he was sitting up, just hanging out, really. I looked up at the TV for like ten seconds, and I looked back down at Sam and I see something like this face…. He was just grinning at me the whole time even though I wasn’t looking at him. More photos on the Sammy page). Laquo; From Jurgen Moltmann…. Salvation as Liberation 2. I'll a...

Reflections on life, faith, and fatherhood.
