Sunday, March 27, 2011. 爬网找了些自己比较喜欢的设计，由于房子色调都以浅色为主兼配少许木色，经过删选以下是自己和家人都蛮喜欢的配搭。。。 一切顺利将在四月份开工咯 ！ 两个星期前拿到了final layout plan，经过叶老师以风水学批改后有了点更改。主要是外铁门方位不利，所以师父建议将它改在侧缺角处，主得地龙之气兼磁场大吉也方便车辆出入。后方段加出少许添加干厨房，可调解阴阳均匀。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I baked quite often after moving to new house =P i must say big 'THANK U' to my sis, bcos she is the 1 who helped me to try all my work n even finished watever i baked whether tasty or not. i must say she is a very PRO "white mouse".hahahaha. Kulai Paintball Event Johor Malaysia (my travel tour). Paintballs Event (August 16). Had a nice paintball event together with a group of my friends. Overall rating for the paintball field in Kulai (WGOS) is 4 out of 5. Their services were good compared to JB paintball, they cleaned and dried up the masks for us before starting each of every games. World Games Outdoor Sport (WGOS). Friday, January 14, 2011. 年久失修 拍卖屋 (Lelong/Auction House Johor). 上星期到我成功标得的拍卖屋去走了一趟，顺便拍了些照片来给大家看看这老屋的“现状” 这是间自发展商建好后就一直没有人入住过的房子，我想至少有8-9年了吧！算回去当时应该是房地产的高峰期，前屋主应该是想买来投资的，不巧当时又碰到金融风暴，所以才会被“遗弃”，空值到现在。。。 注：购买拍卖房屋一定要确保被拍卖房子的地契没有被进私人冻结令，当时有请律师帮忙察看后再进场投标的。最重要是地点一定要自己喜欢，切记，如果被拍卖的房子尚有人住，购买时一定要三思！如果住着些赶不走的人可能就会麻烦些了。。。 Wednesday, January 12, 2011.
