Oil, peanut or vegie. Paprika, sweet mild. Garlic, coarsly chopped. Red hot pepper sauce. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Prick the skin of the chicken legs in several places with the point of a sharp knife. Put the chicken in a large non-metalic shallow pan or glass dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Turn the legs several times to coat the pieces evenly. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Serve immediatly or chill and serve. Makes 12 servings. Combine th...

1 venison tongue, about 2 pounds. 1 small onion, chopped. 4 cloves, whole. 2 small bay leaves. 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper. 1 1/2 inch lemon slice. Clean tongue thoroughly, svrubbing and rinsing. Put in large pan and cover with boiling water. Add all ingredients, cover, and simmer slowly (do not boil) for 3-4 hours or until tender. Allow to cool slightly in stock.
