This was a pack of 2 1/2" strips. I put the burgundy and the tan with it and with burgundy flannel on the back it won't show signs of use (grubbiness) so soon as a lighter color. Tuesday, May 11, 2010. This is the intrepid Lucky Lake fire depatment and the house they practised their moves on. Unlike some fire departments who only get there in time to save the basement these guys started the fire too! For a Pauls' to be on a fire department seems and oxymoron as they are usually the one's to set them. Posted by Harry and Nancy Pauls. May 12, 2010 at 11:01 AM. Thanks for the pictures! Rebecca didnt get it. I explained that Uncle Mike was practicing. She said Oh dear!

Thanks too Ray and Adell for inviting us in and feeding us so well. We had a good time with you all! Posted by Harry and Nancy Pauls. They got to wear their Easter/spring dresses!

Mckenzie Quilter & Mustache Grampa: Yard Clean Up.
http://mckenzieqilter.blogspot.com/2010/05/yard-clean-up.html
Saturday, May 1, 2010. Having a shelter belt that is largely made up of Manitoba Maples is very pretty but as they tend to break down due to age and high wind, an annual clean up is a good idea. For us to go through the whole shelter belt each year would just be a dream so we try to do some-sometimes. This year we're cleaning up the fallen stuff on the highway side of the yard. No end of weiner roast wood there. Posted by Harry and Nancy Pauls. May 6, 2010 at 2:42 PM. May 12, 2010 at 11:03 AM.
