At four his daddy left him to become a ‘bronkin’ buck’. The unluckiest kid I ever did meet. Wanted someone to play frizbee n ‘hide n seek’. At nine he got in trouble for burnin’ down a fence. Started runnin’ thick with bums ‘n thugs ‘n thieves. Lived in shacks n flats and hovels, they could barely pay the rent.
