Health, life, and lots of tea. January 8, 2014. No recipes today- just good news! I’m down 7.8lbs in 11 days! I’m feeling great! I know this won’t last- the first ten pounds are always easy for me. Health, life, and lots of tea. Monthly Archives: March 2014. March 6, 2014. So the plateau has broken. Since December 25th I am down exactly 22.8lbs and counting! I will post recipes this week, but the family was asking for a blog update so here it is! PS: I don’t miss anything. In fact, I pretty much haven’t cut anything out. I just readjusted my portion sizes and learned the healthy way to make things, rather than with tons of oils and fat. That helps… A LOT. G llewellyn on #6. G llewellyn on #6.

Health, life, and lots of tea. January 22, 2014. It has been a week! I’ve been so busy but still creating recipes and working on fitness. So I am considering it. My husband and I are talking and praying about it, so we will see! I am excited though for it to be a possibility. I made sure to make it home in time for lunch ( to prevent eating out ) and today we even packed a mid morning snack (berries and a banana mixed with plain Greek yogurt and a little honey ) to eat while we were out and about to hold us over.
