It’s a little place in Charlottesville, Virginia called Revolutionary Soup. Spicy Senegalese Peanut Soup. Serves 6. Spice level can easily be adjusted by leaving some of the jalapeno seeds. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 medium vidalia onion, sliced. 3 large carrots, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, with stems, chopped, plus more leaves for garnish. 28 oz crushed tomatoes.
