The way i came up with the color pattern was by plane out playing with paint . I had my classmates color palot and i was playing in it the i started to see an interesting pattern. I really enjoyed the assignment because just the process was amazing we were told to cut an image out of a magazine and be inspired. This project was done in prismacolor and pencil. Especially when you get to change them with patterns and bold colors. Much more abstract, which is what I like. Duc and Larissa were very good models. Hi this is Alex. I am in Art 3-2d design and hope to create drawings and paintings. One day I hope to be a graphic artist or concept artist. Friday, May 22, 2009. I think this piece turned out really well. I used a technique where i pealed up rubber cemment from painted strips of paper , and then painted them again. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Acrylic and textured paint. I did this piece using textured and acrylic paint. 18x24. Monday, March 22, 2010. I did this piece using photo shop. I took pictures of Hannah first then I edited them in photo shop. I then created the background and took pictures of it and applied it to the first pictures. Overall I am very happy with the way this piece turned out! This piece was done using textured and acrylic paint, pennies and string. Overall I like how it turned out!
