Rhiwbina Civic Society works to preserve the village atmosphere for which Rhiwbina is famed, and to foster a sense of community and civic pride. Rhiwbina Civic Society, which was established in September 1997, enables members of the local community to voice their ideas in an organised and constructive way and is a respected contributor in local authority decision making.
