Santa Fe Enchilada Bake (adapted from a kraftfoods.com recipe). 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces. 1 large onion, chopped. 1 green pepper, chopped. 1 (10-oz) package frozen corn. 12 6-inch corn tortillas. 1 c sour cream. 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese.
