January 6, 2013. Recipe by Nick Ricciardi. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 30 mins in oven. Cook time: 45 mins in sauce. 1 lb ground beef (you can also use ground pork, sausage, chicken, and turkey) Sometimes I combine 2 different meats for more flavor). 1 tbs garlic powder. 1 tbs onion powder. 1 tbsp dried oregano. 1 tbs crushed red pepper (this makes the meatballs pretty spicy, add crushed pepper to taste). 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs. Large pot of tomato sauce.

It’s simple and delicious! Package of 4 chicken thighs. 1 tbsp Olive oil. Fresh rosemary or dried rosemary (to taste). Vinegar- (Marisa used white vinegar. I didn’t have white vinegar so. I used balsamic and it worked just the same). 3 cloves of garlic. Crushed red pepper or peperoncino (to taste).

Cup grated Parmesan cheese. Cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese. 1 cup of frozen peas. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 Cook and stir the Pancetta in a skillet over medium heat for about. 3-4 minutes.
