The goings and comings of some very ordinary people. Friday, February 14, 2014. My friend Ann is an amazing photographer. Her gift to new mama's is a newborn photo shoot and I couldn't think of a better gift. I've never had newborn pictures taken before, but I'm so grateful I did this time. These are TREASURE! She just came to my home, took picture in my living room, and the results are real life and real beautiful. I love the lighting, the natural feel, and I love how tiny that 9 pound baby looks.

Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Yesterday it started snowing here. Now it has snowed before but it was more than usual so Rick decided to make a snow angel last night in our front yard. Isn't he cute?
