We participated in swim days offered by a friend in the ward, had a lot of play dates and went to the summer activities provided by our library:.

Tyson, Karen, Lilly, Bennett and don't forget the dog. Thursday, April 2, 2015. Christmas morning was fun. The kids were excited about their presents. Bennett spent most of the morning in his car. Then we opened the slide and he spent the rest of the day on that. Lilly liked everything she got and everything Bennett got. She played with all of it. April 8, 2015 at 12:41 PM. It is the largest helium-balloon parade in the Midwest. It was on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and was perfect fall weather. I haven’t wanted to go the previous years because it is usually cold. Tyson, Karen, Lilly, Bennett and don't forget the dog. Friday, July 18, 2014. A Visit from a Friend. While Jen was here she got a tour of John Deere Headquarters and gift shop. I took her to the headquarters since she is an adult. The JD Pavilion is usually toured when visiting kids are present. This is the part of the river the pioneer's crossed. Since it was Mother’s Day Tyson made us a yummy dinner and the kids gave me two beautiful hanging plants. I am one lucky mommy. Exactly the girl time I needed.

Tyson, Karen, Lilly, Bennett and don't forget the dog. Sunday, December 22, 2013. We had another fun and yummy Thanksgiving. This is the first year our small family Thanksgiving has felt normal. Tyson made the turkey, rolls, potatoes, stuffing and pies and I made everything else. He obviously made the more difficult dishes. Great job Tyson! After dinner, naps and clean up we did a Thanksgiving craft. We made these turkey doughnuts the day before Thanksgiving for Family Home Evening. And now you are three!
