What to expect from your first Stroller Strides and Body Back Class. Information About Your First Stroller Strides Class. When you come to class, please bring:. Mat or towel for abdominal exercises. Stroller (we do not recommend an umbrella stroller). Eat a healthy breakfast or light snack before coming to class - this is very important if you are a nursing mother. Consider bringing a post-class snack with you, especially if you plan to stick around after class for awhile. STAYING IN THE STROLLER.

How long is class? All of our Stroller Strides classes are 60 minutes and focus on cardio, strength and core exercises. We will sing, count, play games and keep moving to help the kids enjoy the class as much as you will! What age do the babies have to be? We welcome any stroller-age children! We just ask that you have been cleared by your doctor before attending classes. Please note that the children have to stay in the stroller during class. What happens if it rains? Richmond, VA 23228.
