Ogbourne St Andrew, Ogbourne Maizey and Rockley Parish. The Ogbourne St Andrew Theatre Group. About twice a year we organise an outing to the theatre, usually to the Theatre Royal in Bath, or the Watermill in Newbury. New members are always welcome we send out the information when the tickets are booked and places are reserved on a first come first served basis. Payment secures your ticket. We travel by coach, picking up at the Silks, and the cost of a trip has generally been between 22 and 30.

Christmas Bazaar | Ogbourne St Andrew

Ogbourne St Andrew, Ogbourne Maizey and Rockley Parish. The PC.C. held a Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 1st, kindly. Organized by Carol Davies and her band of helpers in Ogbourne st. Andrew Church. About 20 volunteers staffed the stalls; including teas, cakes, wreaths and flowers, preserves and Christmas puds, Art exhibits and of course Santa’s Grotto. This year the course was shortened due to a nesting swan ( not the only swan in the village ) at the hairpin bend. It was to be a straight sprint and indeed the course record was shattered.
