Outwardly Religious | Riding the Edge
https://ridingtheedge.wordpress.com/2014/03/09/outwardly-religious
Impossible is not what it used to be. March 9, 2014. Be careful that you don’t practice your religion in front of people to draw their attention. Whenever you give to the poor, don’t blow your trumpet as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets so that they may get praise from people. Worshipping with the people who organized our week and worshipping with the people we will serve with helps orient my heart in the right place. It helps me to see I do this religious act of service because...

Impossible is not what it used to be. March 11, 2014. As for what is planted on good soil, this refers to those who hear and understand and bear fruit and produce – in one case a yield of one hundred to one, in another case a yield of sixty to one, and in another case a yield of thirty to one. The team at the community center built walls and made cement and moved rock without complaining in the only unshaded project we have! I’m sure some folks wonder if these mission trips do any long-lasting good...

Impossible is not what it used to be. The Last Enemy (A Tribute to Brian). November 6, 2013. Sunday, November 3, 2013. Christ has been raised from the dead. He is the first of a great harvest of all who have died. After that the end will come, when he will turn the Kingdom over to God the Father, having destroyed every ruler and authority and power. For Christ must reign until he humbles all his enemies beneath his feet. And the last enemy to be destroyed is death. He eventually said yes and I could not ...

Riding the Dream
On the final day of September 2007, I left Jasper Alberta Canada without any agenda, plans or time.
