Linux and other stuff. All posts by riffraff169. So I’m creating an updated sensu server based off hiroakis/docker-sensu-server. This will be centos7 with updated sensu (0.28.2), erlang (R19), rabbitmq-server (3.6.6), redis (2.8.19), and uchiwa (0.22.1). Redis is ipv4 only, so /etc/hosts can’t have : 1 otherwise there are connection errors in the logs and uchiwa doesn’t work properly, sensu-api I believe. Linux and other stuff. Mapping fiber channel ports. I needed to be able to find the WWPN on our HBAs, along with find out which port on the remote device it was attached to. I found the following commands out there somewhere. Make sure sysfsutils are installed (on redhat machines). Systool -c fc host -v. Then use the other command:. Systool -c fc transport -v. And look for the same device name (host10, host4, etc), and the port name there is the port on the other side that port is connected to.

If you change to the /etc/swift directory on a node, then you can run swift-get-nodes against the ring files to find where the data is located. That is the sqlite file with the account information. Linux and other stuff. Linux scsi lun not mapping to device. In trying to track down why, came across a couple of Red Hat articles on why. The following commands were useful:. Lsscsi -g sg map -x. This article https:/ access.redhat.com/solutions/53023. Says that the lun was being used by something else, and the tables aren’t really cleared. The only way to really fix it is to reboot.
