Little Green Men Photography: The Usual Suspects at Wicken Fen
http://littlegreenmenphotography.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-usual-suspects-at-wicken-fen.html
Little Green Men Photography. Random postings from an itinerant engineer who would rather be taking pictures or catching trout on the fly. Friday, 3 July 2015. The Usual Suspects at Wicken Fen. Last Saturday, Harriet and I decided to wander up to Wicken Fen. Instead I had to make do with a family of mallards which were patrolling the area in front of the hide. By the way, the splodges in the pictures are not sensor dust spots but small black flies which were absolutely everywhere. Welcome to my blog!

Little Green Men Photography: Lakenheath Wildlife
http://littlegreenmenphotography.blogspot.com/2015/06/lakenheath-wildlife.html
Little Green Men Photography. Random postings from an itinerant engineer who would rather be taking pictures or catching trout on the fly. Sunday, 28 June 2015. A couple of weeks ago, a small band of hardy nature photographers from the RPS headed out to the RSPB Reserve at Lakenheath Fen. Being "Flaming June" the weather was cold, wet, cloudy and windy. Perfect weather for photographing wildlife, in other words (not). On the plus side, the conditions meant that there were lots of snails in evidence.

ALAN ABERCROMBIE'S BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOBLOG: A STAB at SURREALISM
http://abers-blackandwhiteblogging.blogspot.com/2013/06/a-stab-at-surrealism.html
ALAN ABERCROMBIE'S BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOBLOG. An amateur photographer working 99% in monochrome, with faces taking most of my attention. Street photography, demonstrations of all kind and Speakers' Corner are my haunts. What excites me and what annoys me photographically. SURREY, United Kingdom. Amateur and still learning! View my complete profile. Wednesday, 12 June 2013. A STAB at SURREALISM. Of course it will be argued in some, if not many quarters, that this isn’t photography, but merely a craf...

Little Green Men Photography: May 2015

Little Green Men Photography. Random postings from an itinerant engineer who would rather be taking pictures or catching trout on the fly. Sunday, 31 May 2015. I enjoy visiting Paxton Pits Nature Reserve. But the place seems to suffer from a strange physical phenomenon. It seems that, wherever you stand around the lake, the wildlife is always at the opposite side. Spooky. The closest bird we saw was a Chaffinch on one of the feeders. Saturday, 30 May 2015. Lakenheath Fen on a cold and wet Sunday. I then ...

Little Green Men Photography. Random postings from an itinerant engineer who would rather be taking pictures or catching trout on the fly. Sunday, 29 June 2014. Devil's Dyke, Newmarket. It seems that Ann Miles. Has beaten me to posting some pictures from today's rather damp RPS Nature Group outing to Devil's Dyke. We managed about an hour and a half before the heavens opened, at which point we all trudged back to the car for an early lunch. Saturday, 28 June 2014. Location: Reykjavik, Iceland. I tried ch...
