Saturday, June 20, 2015. 其实是这样的，我和陈先生一直有买屋子的打算，但就一直没看中，看中的第一间给我 漏水. 然后看中的第二间是Project，还没起好的那种，发展商迟迟没拿完政府的文件拖到现在还没有消息 (TT TT) 是怎样啦～. 有想过要那种租金可以cover每个月的供款，那样的话每个月有人帮你供屋子，若干年后屋价像搭 直升机. 一样起，转手再赚一笔。即使屋价起得不多，每个月也有租金作为收入嘛. 不过好像很多的投资者都喜欢买condo，以pre-launch的价钱购入，等到建好的时候转手，根本 稳赚不赔. 当然啦，这个是我这个小市民，外行人观察所得，并不是一定每个阶段都在起的啦 起幅也不是我说了算的事情哈哈. 至于为什么要买屋子嘛，是有在找自己住的，也有在找投资的。出来工作以后啊，觉得把钱放在银行赚利息实在是 无敌安全. 的屋子，眼睛看得见，手碰得到，有 升值能力. 呃，在这里要说说陈先生的坏话.那就是他 超. 还好，终于，他也有迫切想要下订的屋子了哈哈哈 (*满意*). 现在好多新的Condo/Service...
