Wednesday, April 22, 2009. We are following a detox diet that Gwyneth Paltrow has posted on her website Goop.com. The salad pictured here has been my favorite so far. It has a carrot and ginger dressing that tastes awesome. So, day three of no caffiene, no sugar, no bread, no preservatives, etc. is going pretty well.
