Rise Above The Storm. Thursday, August 4, 2011. Capital Square - Downtown Madison. Although this place is now chalked up and filled with posters, this place is still very beautiful. I especially love Wednesday nights during the summer for their concerts. The place fills and it turns into a great place for people watching - which I love! Open windows and fresh air.
