*Single and Broke*: Not broken, just bent..
http://emily-coffeeandcigarettes.blogspot.com/2013/05/not-broken-just-bent.html
A candid look into the mind of a single broke girl. Careful. you might get some ugly truth on you! Friday, May 17, 2013. Not broken, just bent. We're not broken, just bent. and we can learn to love again". Those words reached inside me and touched the part of my heart that I had locked up tight. Was this true. was I just bent after all. and not the shattered mess I thought I was for so long? My heart said, quite clearly, that it was time to find out. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). *Single and Broke*: Negative Nancy..

A candid look into the mind of a single broke girl. Careful. you might get some ugly truth on you! Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Ya'll know that I take those comments seriously, so, being me, I wondered if that was an accurate statement. I have spent the last 24ish hours going through my fb, looking for and counting the honestly negative posts. all the way back to my very first days on facebook. What I found was a bit eye opening. What was going on in my life that made me so negative for a year and a half?

*Single and Broke*: April 2013

A candid look into the mind of a single broke girl. Careful. you might get some ugly truth on you! Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Good for you. good for me. I have a dilemma, one that shakes my foundation of good sex with no strings, and I am rather annoyed with myself for the mess I am making. Well I guess I realize that my whole no strings thing comes with strings. they just happen to be attached to me. If he were to show up today and tell me that he wanted more, I would turn him away. but maybe ...Maybe we ...

Seeking Him In a Crazy World: The Grand Experiment
http://seekinginacrazyworld.blogspot.com/2010/09/grand-experiment.html
Seeking Him In a Crazy World. A faith journey of a believer, daughter, wife and mother. Monday, September 20, 2010. Netflix started right away and we took only 1 disk at a time so that we could have the entire month free. Now we have upgraded to 2 at a time. We still are saving about $45 a month on this arrangement. But the best thing is the improvement we have seen in the attitude of our son! It is like night and day! He does his chores (usually) without reminding. He is pleasant most mornings too!

Seeking Him In a Crazy World: December 2011
http://seekinginacrazyworld.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Seeking Him In a Crazy World. A faith journey of a believer, daughter, wife and mother. Friday, December 9, 2011. The costume I have been working on (with friends! Is finished and the Clowns and Stars went on tour this past Wednesday. I still need to get a photo with stage lights on the dress. The light in the hallway at school doesn't show the sparkle that is on the dress. I am thankful for the other parents that stepped in to help with this project! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Seeking Him In a Crazy World: Blessings
http://seekinginacrazyworld.blogspot.com/2011/11/blessings.html
Seeking Him In a Crazy World. A faith journey of a believer, daughter, wife and mother. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. We were blessed this weekend to have Dr. Darrell Guder at our church for the Kyser Lecture Series. I got to hear him all 3 times though the first two were essentially the same service. Dr Guder is a professor at Princeton Theological Seminary and an authority on mission and ecumnical theology. The afternoon lecture has truly left me thinking. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Creative Daze!: December 2010
http://creativedaze.dashawnna.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 10, 2010. A co-worker has a daughter that is graduating from college- a *huge* accomplishment! She asked me to make some thank you cards for her using her school colors of black, white, and teal. After thinking about, I knew that I wanted to do something for her that was a different- not just the same old regular card. Thats when I decided that I would do a gatefold- one of my favorite cards to do! Labels: thank you card. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Invitations Fit for a Little Diva.

Seeking Him In a Crazy World: November 2011
http://seekinginacrazyworld.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Seeking Him In a Crazy World. A faith journey of a believer, daughter, wife and mother. Thursday, November 3, 2011. Change is in the air. Fall has fully arrived in the Tennessee Valley now! We have had several frosts (at least in my neighborhood) and nights have been quite chilly with comfortable days. This is truly a spectacular time of year with the temps and the display of color that abounds in nature right now. At this point, it seems a division has been created over who will have charge rather than ...

Seeking Him In a Crazy World: June 2011
http://seekinginacrazyworld.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Seeking Him In a Crazy World. A faith journey of a believer, daughter, wife and mother. Monday, June 13, 2011. I have been feeling a calling to speak. I'm not sure what I would ever speak about though. It is just a feeling that is welling up within me. I am awaiting God's plan here and hoping and praying that he will make this clear to me. I certainly don't feel equipped to stand before anyone as an "expert". I am the LORD your God,. Who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.
