March 8, 2013. Week 8 disaster: almond apple breakfast burrito (and week 9 success! Posted by Rachel under Concoctions. I said I had tasted. The filling for this dish and that it was tasty. That was true. It was basically a glorified PB&J: jam, almond butter, slivered almonds, dates, and chopped apple mixed with some cinnamon and thrown into a whole wheat tortilla. In quantity, though, ugh. And they were surprisingly good in this. Careful on the miso, it can be a little overpowering. February 25, 2013.
