Free Pattern: River Tam | Jeshknits
https://jeshknits.wordpress.com/free-pattern-river-tam
Free Pattern: River Tam. River is meant to be a much closer fitting hat than her brother, making her the perfect thing for those who like the shape of tams but don’t have enough hair to wear the larger ones. Simon is structured, with a fluffy, thick fabric; River is drapey and fluid, with a slinky lightweight feel. And, of course, River Tam looks better in red. Grignasco Top Print, 2 skeins (110 yds/50g per skein). US6/4mm 16″ circs. Prep rnd: switch to larger needles, *k4, m1,* repeat around, end k2, m1.

19 January, 2010 at 9:53 pm ( knitting. At least I hope it isn’t done wrong! I’m halfway through the left front, then I can finish sewing up the whole thing and knit the shawl collar and buttonbands. So close I can almost taste it! Except not really, because I don’t think yarn tastes particularly good. Fuzzy, maybe.). 20 January, 2010 at 7:29 am. What a great pattern. The color is perfect for you too! 21 January, 2010 at 8:20 am. Gives me hairballs, personally. 22 January, 2010 at 11:17 pm.

Neglecting My Kids: Surrender
http://neglectedkids.blogspot.com/2015/08/surrender.html
Finding new ways to ensure my children will need therapy, one day at a time. Tuesday, August 04, 2015. My shelf with my wips is getting a little out of control. Apparently I REALLY like pink project bags. My purple yarn is officially in a time out. It needs to learn to knit nicely. I've got a plan for it. I'm feeling fairly confident about the new course of action. It is a combination of all my previous techniques. But I haven't tried it out yet. I've been a little distracted. But that alpaca yarn. I loo...

I Knit, Therefore I Blog: June 2013
http://iknitthereforeiblog.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
I Knit, Therefore I Blog. Kathy Kathy Kathy's recombobulation area. Saturday, June 15, 2013. I finally published the drop stitch scarf/shawl pattern that I've been designing off and on for at least a couple of years. It turned out really well, even better than I had hoped, actually. It's fun to knit, it's not complicated, it can use just about any yarn or needle, it makes a nice scarf or a nice stole. It can be sophisticated or rustic, blocked or free-form. 65279;. It's a good summer project.

I Knit, Therefore I Blog: Sock Rehemming
http://iknitthereforeiblog.blogspot.com/2013/05/sock-rehemming.html
I Knit, Therefore I Blog. Kathy Kathy Kathy's recombobulation area. Tuesday, May 14, 2013. One of the first real pairs of socks I ever made was a pair out of Collinette Jitterbug. The yarn cost $21.00, which was a huge. The old bind off has been partially removed. I found some of the leftovers of the original yarn and rebound them. The hardest part was unraveling / unthatching / picking out the old bind off. It took almost an hour for both socks. Close Up of the New Bind-Off. 65279;. Ive done that :).

Vickyd’s Knitty Thing. Just another WordPress.com weblog. November 16, 2008. FOs: Baby Beret and Eyelet Yoke Cardigan. Posted by vickyd205 under Finished Objects. For my neice’s 2nd birthday I decided to knit her a cardigan and hat but I couldn’t decide what to make. This is one of the main reasons I LOVE Ravelry. Being able to search for what you want and actually see many different interpretations of the pattern and yarn combinations really gives me some great ideas. US 8 Knitpicks Options, Magic Loop.

Knitting Relaxes Me: March 2012
http://knittingrelaxesme.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 25, 2012. First, the Happy:. I can finally share my stealth-knitting project, Wool Leaves. I really love how this turned out! The yarn is Madelinetosh tosh dk. Held doubled. The color is called Calligraphy, and is a gorgeous neutral - sort of parchment with hints of tan and grey. The blanket is for Bezzie. And now the Sad:. I'm sure many of you remember Simon. Anyway, at the ripe old age of almost 18, after having been on heart meds for at least 12 of those years, Simon succumbed to old age...
