From L to R: Mesa Verde in Colorado, Elk City Park in Oklahoma, and Bryce Canyon in Utah. The one downfall was that our fry pan is only big enough to cook one full size burger at a time, but they cook pretty quickly and stayed warm long enough so we could eat together. This time I’m traveling on the back of a motorcycle with my GF who has actually been living on the road for 3 years (click here. Jackie, Yoska, and I with our buddy Brutus. Picture by Linda. In 16 days we will start making our way east to our summer job in NH. In the mean time, I will be stocking our “kitchen” with the following criteria in mind:. 1 Food does not need refrigeration. 6 Meals are yummy!
