Instead he had to throw first one then the other over the fence, Bruno running at his heels, mostly sniffing, but that could change at a moment’s notice. The last time he was climbing out of Mildred’s window at three in the morning, he’d landed right in Bruno’s water dish. Not good. What are you doing? What are you doing? The moon...

Debi o'neille, writing against the wind. Thursday, March 26, 2015. My A to Z non-theme reveal. Last year I truly enjoyed participating in the A-Z Blog Hop. It was my first year, and though I did get a tad overwhelmed toward the end of April, I was amazed at the massive number of connections made through this blog-a-thon. I met a lot of friends, and I’ve enjoyed chatting with them since. March 26, 2015 at 11:09 AM. Hopefully the conference is grand, there is always next year for the a to z. March 27, 2015...

Roadside Fairytales - No Way To Heaven
2014 április 24., csütörtök. Spring has sprung and OMG.

Friday, August 14, 2015. There is a black locust along the fence line behind Kirkstall that is throwing suckers out into the long grass. Yesterday I transplanted another black locust sucker to the naturalization area. Black locusts are natives to North America but are at the very northern limit of their range in Ottawa. They have thorns and vigorously sucker so aren't a good backyard tree but they have sweet smelling flowers in spring and fix nitrogen for the soil. Monday, August 3, 2015. Wednesday, June...

Roadside Find
A TV Pilot program for showcasing found objects. Have you ever been driving along and saw a pile of discarded objects by the side of the road? Have you ever wondered if maybe.just maybe there was something of value among the trash? Perhaps something caught your eye, a box, a bright plastic toy, a carved wooden table leg, an echo from your past, it called out to you to stop the car and investigate.
