Now to get myself back on track, just over six weeks until my first competition. Starting to kick up the cardio to 3-4 sessions per week and still training really heavy. Able to post anything until the 13th March. I will hopefully be able to train out there, as the hotel apparantly has a gym (Not sure how good it will be). As far as diet goes, I will try and keep it extremely low on carbs, high in protein and fat to keep my energy up, without gaining too much weight.
