Thursday, January 14, 2010. The STOP button (an update). So that conversation happened on a thursday, that Saturday we left for Houston and i had the best part of my December. This was unexpected because we were in one house with 19 of us, 9 of which were kiddos aged 5 and under. (i need to write some posts just on our christmas.). It was such a relaxing week. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Great mother's day gift idea. I would like to introduce my new best friend."Roomba". If you haven't heard of this wonderful invention.let me quickly fill you in. Roomba is a vacuum that moves around your house by itself! You just push a button and voila! It's magically off making your life better. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. With three boys around it's hard to keep track of them all, all the time. This is what i found on the counter after dinner. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. On April 13, 2010 Quade scored his first goal! Prior to that day quade loved to just run around the field and "pose" and pretend to be playing soccer.which was hilarious and great. He still does it. Saturday, August 22, 2009. A month ago i was promoted in my job. That's right I moved from stay-at-home mother of 2 to stay-at-home mother of 3! When Watts was born i went from having 2 kids and 2 adults at home, to 3 kids and 1 adult. I am trying to see it as a positive and view it as a "promotion". Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Since we've scaled back quade's time in school, we have more time at home, which has been good on so many levels. In this instance it allowed me the opportunity to say "yes" when quade had the idea that morning that we needed to have a lemonade stand. Price was his first customer. Once price was sugar-high on lemonade, he started marketing (aka yelling at our neighbors that ventured outside). They legitimately sold 2 glasses of lemonade. making $1.50. The Mac Brothers are coming!

Friday, April 2, 2010. Boys don't do flowers. Fortunately i have come to accept and enjoy the fact that boys and flowers just aren't quite the same as girls and flowers. AND trying to get a cute pic of all 3 boys, looking at me, in cute matching monogrammed outfits with flowers in the background is impossible. Could they look more bored?
