The New Young Elder and The Experience of Change. The experiences of a young Quaker with new feeling for what religion is to me. Saturday, January 06, 2007. I have been really busy recently between getting into college and school. The good news is that I have gotten into Guilford College with a scholarship and more options ahead. The not so good news is that I have a few more weeks before I hear from Earlham. Ps I am loving the messages others are giving even though I am not writing some of my own.

The New Young Elder and The Experience of Change. The experiences of a young Quaker with new feeling for what religion is to me. Sunday, October 01, 2006. My parents 20th wedding aniversary was on September 20th and Grace and I organized making them a quilt. With Timbrel and Dancing. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. The Times We Live In. I spent the last week swinging from despair to pride to grief to hope.I'm sure many of you had those same feelings as we followed the news about the Charleston shootings, the capture of the perpetrator, the debates about the Confederate flag, the statements of our President, the Supreme Court decisions, and now the funerals. Watercolor, sharpie pen, and prismacolor pencil in Strathmore mixed-media sketchbook. The Times We Live In.

Let your life speak" - Quaker founder, George Fox. Saturday, May 07, 2011. Mr and Mrs. Thomas. Like he was really, truly glad to see me on the rare occasions we crossed paths. I couldn't swear in a courtroom that the man I saw today was Mr. Thomas, but when the spring sunlight caught his brown skin, his salt and pepper hair, and his warm smile, I was as sure as I needed to be. Most of all, the two of them together just looked. I did terribly in 10th grade math, I hated it, and I cried almost daily! Steph...

A new Friend seeking meaning and Light. What I Did Post Operatively. Lest it be understood I have spent the entire past two months necking with Morpheus and watching police procedurals and The Best of Mother Angelica Live! I actually did some writing (though not enough), read a great deal, did work on various Friendly projects - - enough, I think to keep from going completely buggy. But as a sabbatical from work, it has a lot to be desired. Some things I learned:. And " Did thee yield? Links to this post.
