Sapete quando ci si mette a fare quei lavori tipici da ferie, la pulizia a fondo degli armadietti della cucina. A chi non è capitato di trovare cose dimenticate, in fondo si trovano delle sorprese.E' quello che è capitato a me in quello più in alto ho trovato un po impolverato il fornetto per cuocere le torte sul gas, credo che fosse ancora della mia nonna. UNA SOFFICE FRAGRANTE BRIOCHE. 1 uovo e 2 tuorli.

Per una merenda con gli amichetti in una calda giornata di sole una rinfrescante cheese cake è quello che ci vuole. 145 gr. di biscotti secchi. 75 gr di burro. 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro. Un paio di amaretti. 2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna. 3 pesche nettarine di circa 135 gr. l'una. 3 cucchiai di zucchero di canna. 250 gr di philadelphia 2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna. 200 gr. di panna vegetale da montare.

Che dire non pensavo mi riuscisse al primo tentativo, il merito in parte è di Morena del blog Menta e Cioccolato dal quale ho preso la ricetta. Le sue ricette spiegate nei minimi dettagli ti fanno ottenere sempre ottimi risultati.Io ho seguito la sua ricetta alla lettera et voilà giudicate voi. Soffice e perfettamente lievitato.
