Wednesday, March 4, 2009. WEEK 7 POST - MEDIA REPRESENTATIONS. When I read various engineering magazines, the emphasis of the articles and subsequently the pictures, are on fun, innovative projects. If pictures of the engineers are shown, they will most likely be in jeans and a tee shirt working out in the field. I tend to agree more with this type of representation which seems to rebuke the media representation of engineers. March 6, 2009 at 12:43 AM. My dad will sometimes hit me up with this "joke":.

As many have already stated on their blogs, digital literacies are becoming more important as we continue to embrace technology in society. When would I, as a single junior high teacher, have time to put together such a fabulous database of possible answers and questions? I would very much like to try to utilize this type of virtual help down the line, but for the time being, it would have to be something someone else has already designed.
