So you’re probably wondering how I’m doing with the post-baby weight-loss, since that is the origin of my blog. Well, I should have listened to everyone and not put so much wasted effort into it while still breastfeeding! No easy task. Spelt and Chocolate Zucchini Loaf. 2 cups spelt flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt. 1/4 cup oil (heated coconut or vegetable oil of your choice). 2 cups shredded zucchini. So far nothing touches the way today went. I went in like normal and mustered with the wing and went to workout. Today was a tough day. I modified the WOD big time and really struggled. As I came closer, I noticed the trees and flowers were actually art made by recycled materials such as plastic bags and aluminum cans.
