http://paullunntri.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
My Journey Through Triathlon. The Road to Kona. Tuesday, 1 January 2013. An Emotional Roller Coaster. Well what a month, ,. All cleaned up and back in the car to head home I got the sad news that Emily's mum had been taken ill and had been taken in to hospital. I rushed back home and to the hospital to pick up Georgie to give Emily some time with her mum and to wait for her brother to join her that evening. Its been a mixed up and emotional month, just getting it done when I can. View my complete profile.

Run faster, train smarter, get quicker. What's it all about? Wednesday, 27 March 2013. It's been a while. a long while. I have recently joined the team at Rutland Cycling as their marketing coordinator, so I am combining my love for bikes with work, which is awesome. Part of my job involves triathlon (to some degree) and cycling of course, so it is really cool that I am getting to work on and with bikes for a living!
