Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Ciara and I celebrated our birthday's by going to Monterey for the weekend. We spent a whole day at the aquarium and even though it was very crowded we still got to be amazed by all the exhibits. It wore Fiona out so much she fell asleep eating her dinner. The rest of the time we spent playing on the beach and even went in swimming, we were a bit lazy about taking the camera out and have no picturres to prove it. The next day the boys left us and headed to LA for the day to some sight seeing there, we did some more of the young kid friendly rides that day, took in some shows, some princesses and spent some time in Toon town. Thursday, March 27, 2008. Spring has finally sprung here in Emeryville. the Freesia and Tulips are showing off in the garden right now. I'm proud of my Tulips this year. It's the first time I have had good luck with them. Bought some bulbs at a REAL nursery this time (not Home Depot or OSH) and they really came up beautiful.
