Aside from his busy schedule as a well-known real estate property developer in New York and a philanthropist supporting a variety of different charities, Ron still carves out time for a rigorous training schedule. Even in the winter, Ron starts training early at 5:30am. On average, he trains six days a week for an upcoming marathon. And when out of season he cuts back to four days a week. This way he ensures that he gets enough protein to help build the muscle mass needed to endure a long distance run.
