Tuesday, June 22. SoSP 2 - Road Trip. Well hello there everyone! So glad you enjoyed my last post! I really try to post at least once a week! I enjoy it so much! Thursday, October 17, 2013. 2 cups leftover roast chicken, diced. 1 Cup green peas. Leftover roast veggies, diced. Layer chicken, veggies, and gravy in pie crust. Top with second crust. Bake at 3560 degrees for 30 min or until heated through and crust is golden brown. Roast Chicken and Potatoes. 1/2 white onion, roughly sliced. 3 stalks celery, sliced into two inch lengths. Handful of baby carrots. 1/8 c Olive oil. Preheat oven to 375 degreees. Dry bird with paper towels then salt, pepper, and rub in sage.
