So I have been needing PALEO treats at home for when having a craving. I decided to attempt PALEO Bounty Bars. 2 cups of shredded fresh coconut. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. 200 gram dark chocolate. Mix the shredded coconut, the coconut cream and the fresh vanilla really well. Spread in a rectangular/square form on top of baking paper in a 7-8mm thick layer as flat as possible. Put in the freezer for 2 hours or until solid frozen. Responses to “PALEO Bounty Bars”. Feed for this Entry.

Peter and Emilie's Blog. January 18, 2012. How vulnerable we become as new parents. I had a complete meltdown the other day…. by the end of which Peter merely booked Arthur and I on a plane to Denmark to get some perspective on what it is that we are doing in Vietnam, but I decided to stay. I guess all migrants, whether voluntary or involuntary, will agree with me that it is easy to snap, when the cultural differences become too much. Here is my top 5 of stuff we have been the happiest with during the first 8 months of Arthurs life in Hanoi and for some time to come. The Britax B-Agile stroller. The Ergobaby Performance Carrier.

What to bring when moving to Vietnam | Peter & Emilie's Blog

https://peteremilie.wordpress.com/2013/06/01/what-to-bring-when-moving-to-vietnam

Peter and Emilie's Blog. June 1, 2013. What to bring when moving to Vietnam. When moving to Vietnam, there are few things that are nice to know, if you have the option of filling a container from overseas. Bring woolen sweaters and socks for winter months in Hanoi (very difficult to find in Hanoi, but you will be very grateful for this tip come January and February). Leave paintings, pictures and art work in storage at home. It will most likely be damaged by humidity from back home. Bring loads of cook b...

Peter and Emilie's Blog. May 8, 2012. Children Friendly Restaurants and Cafés in Hanoi. Generally the Vietnamese adore children and therefore it is often very grateful to bring children along, as staff will most likely play with them while you eat. I love writing. It's my therapy. I have two blogs, rooftop melodies and rooftop harmonies. The first is about my life, and the second is only poetry. I hope you enjoy reading my stuff as much as I enjoy writing it! View my complete profile. I've been drinking way too much. And not crying near enough. I've been stumbling over words I should have said. I don't care about my career. What I wanted was to be a mother. And by my calculations I should have had 2 babies in my arms by now. So I will fake a smile.
