Stories of one mom's baking sojourns from the comfort of home. Buns and blossoms filled with chocolate and peanuts. April 25, 2015. So today, I made a batch of regular looking buns. The recipe calls for chocolate as fillings. It got me thinking, this sounds a little boring. See, I love the sweet/salty combination and so an idea was born. Instead of just filling these babies with chocolate, I added crushed salted peanuts to the mix. Oy vey! Sounds good just about right now! But hey, they are still edible!
