Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is one of those spots that I had been meaning to try and never made it to try. Restaurant Week was just the excuse that I needed to make my visit. Hot Plates in Hotlanta. Thursday, October 22, 2009. We were without our camera and had to opt for the camera phone. I had the special for the night. It was a pan seared 9oz Hallibut fillet with a caper sauce and the gorganzola Mac and Cheese. The Halibut was perfectly prepared and the caper sauce was really good. I have yet to have a bad meal or a portion of a bad meal here. This was another outing with the Crewe. And as usual with Aqua Blue, it was an experience! Location (Virginia Highlands). We were pleased to have my younger sister, Ronnie, join us for this meal. I really wanted her to get a feel of the level of cuisine that we have grown to love. Chef Eyester. We arrive to be greeted by Dave and Donna who always manage to make it to the restaurant 1st. I love that! I ordered a Duvel.

Hot Plates in Hotlanta. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. This dining experience takes us to Nava. Is another restaurant that is part of the Buckhead. Come to the table and we are anticipating another good meal. The trio consists of a chicken taco in a blue corn tortilla, a crab cake, and a tamale. The chef really kept to the foundation of Mexican cuisine. Our entrees arrive in short order. Angela got the grilled organic chicken breast with Green chile. Mac and cheese with red chile. Sauce on top of the steak.
