Ron smoked his turkeys on his custom-made smoker, Bertha. He also smoked some of his hams, which were served with a Mexican Coke glaze and braised cherry chutney. Saturday, November 28, 2009. Monday, November 8, 2010. To celebrate National Recycling Week, bring in a non-perishable food item in recyclable packaging to brunch on Saturday, November 13th. All food collected will be donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. And each person who brings will get a CD of "recycled tunes" from Ron! It was a pan seared 9oz Hallibut fillet with a caper sauce and the gorganzola Mac and Cheese. The Halibut was perfectly prepared and the caper sauce was really good. Come to the table and we are anticipating another good meal. The trio consists of a chicken taco in a blue corn tortilla, a crab cake, and a tamale. The chef really kept to the foundation of Mexican cuisine. Our entrees arrive in short order. Angela got the grilled organic chicken breast with Green chile. Mac and cheese with red chile.
