I got on the scales 3 times this morning to be sure that number was right! I was doing a happy dance :) It's not less than 200, but I'm getting sooooo close. But then I had sort of a bad day with eating. I spent the morning helping my Daddy work on his computer and I ate and ate and ate. We did Week 5, Day 2 of C25K.
