Friday, March 25, 2011. I finally got back home Tuesday and I've started slowly getting back into the swing of healthy living! I don't know why we go through these periods in our lives where we just don't give a flying . about our health. It feels really good to wake up, stay productive, eat healthfully, occasionally sin (with sweets), and exercise. And so it begins. My diet blog is looking so boring. Friday, March 18, 2011. Damn Those Girl Scout Cookies! I still haven't made it home, and its killing me not knowing how much I weigh right now. My PJs feel a little tighter and I stood in front of the bathroom mirror trying to see if my face got any chubbier since last week. lol. Did I mention I've been eating Girl Scout Cookies non-stop (amongst other snacks)? I can't wait to get back to working so I can distract myself from the snackies. Girl Scout cookies are the WORST (obviously not taste wise).
