I’m a cheese fan and feeling peckish, I decided to try making Gougeres after seeing the amazing results that a friend had with a recipe using a dry deep fryer … but I will bake it, the traditional way. The result was a light but intensely cheesy snack that I just could not stop eating! I also like mine more peppery and salty.
