Sauce: 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, diced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. Simmer these in a sauce pan with a TBsp olive oil until soft. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes. 1 can diced green chiles. A handful of cilantro, chopped. If you like meat you could add probably 1 lb of hamburger or ground turkey then I would add a Tbsp ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Smile, you love us! Friday, October 26, 2012. Kansas City here we come. Wednesday we all piled into cars and went to Adam-ondi-Ahman. This is the place where the prophet Joseph Smith said Adam and Eve were sent to when they were kicked out of the Garden of Eden. That's pretty awesome! The area was enormous and beautiful! This was the overlook of the valley. This is called Tower Hill/Spring Hill. Inside the fence contains the 4 cornerstones, which would be the whole site of the temple. She thinks she gets...

Upon looking for an activity to do for activity days, I came across the part where twice a year they are supposed to have a recognition night. Smile, you love us! Tuesday, December 20, 2011. Our 1st Real Trip to Chicago. Yes we have lived in the Chicagoland area for a year now. Since then we have been to Chicago twice for touristy type things: we went to Navy Pier and we went to the Field Museum. Other than that Michael drives through Chicago sometimes for work but we've never really took the time to be a tourist. So on Saturday that's what we decided to do! We went in to Macy's and they had a beautiful store inside! The service was great!

Smile, you love us! Thursday, August 2, 2012. I always laugh when people say "I can't believe my baby is 1 year old already! Well, I can't believe my baby is 1 month old already. Time really does fly! I tried taking cute pictures of Lorelai myself only to have her crying. So I dressed her up in what I wanted her to have on and got her to fall asleep in the position I wanted her in, lol! It was a little hard so the pictures are not the best, but some of them are cute! I thought this was so cute!

Smile, you love us! Thursday, August 11, 2011. I went to get my hair cut the other night, and somehow we got on the subject of being cheap. Tammi, my hairstylist, said she was the Queen of bargain shopping. I told her I was cheaper because I only cut my hair once a year. Then she laughed at me. But then I started thinking about it and these are reasons why I think I am a cheapskate:. 1 I cut my hair once, maybe twice, a year. Usually when I have an under $5 Great Clips coupon. Smile, you love us! Tuesday, December 4, 2012. California knows how to party! We actually took a vacation and went to California! We stayed with Michael's cousin Heidi, her husband Ben and their 4 kids. It was tons of fun hanging out with them! I didn't really take any pictures which stinks, but here are the ones I did take. My parents came to say hi! The next day was Thanksgiving. This was Heidi's 1st time making a Thanksgiving meal and she nailed it! My favorite part was the cornbread stuffing. Yum!
