The average jane's normal random thought, or so she thinks. Thursday, December 12, 2013. Recipe - Banana Cake. I found the perfect recipe for banana cake. I did it twice before this, the first one didn't turned out too well, second was so so, but this one is perfect! Recipe taken from Kitchen Guardian's blog. 175 all purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda. 150g sugar (I used brown sugar). 2 eggs (I used Grade A eggs). 300g bananas, without skib (I used Cavendish banana).

Few months after MH370, the whole of Malaysia was shocked with the news of MH17 being shot down and crashed near Ukraine. I remember reading one news on how the Ukrainians villagers said at that time it was like raining humans. Masyallah, could not even imagine how its like for them. I'm not really sure why I'm affected by this, I know no one in that flight however I found myself crying thinking about them. May Allah keep them safe and sound. Come home MH370. We're all waiting for you. Monday, March 3, 2014. 140 gram of unsalted butter. 1 ¼ cups of sugar. Note: 1 cup should be fine. 190; cup plus 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder. Note: ¾ cup should be fine. 188; tsp salt. 189; tsp vanilla extract.

So let’s see, we bought a house. Alhamdulillah. It’s a little bit far (! I’ve already started buying household stuff; which is why Adam banned me from buying online (I bought quite a few of stuff in the same month, but in my defence I’ll only get it like months away so it should be fine.). Paris I’ll always remember Paris, as it is our honeymoon spot, and it is actually the first time I went overseas, love it that my first time outside Malaysia (Phnom Penh does not count anyway, haha! Thank god we didn’t have that much luggage. Champs Elysees is one the must go place in Paris, it is one of the most famous street. That pretty much wraps up our first day in Paris. The average jane's normal random thought, or so she thinks. Monday, March 3, 2014. I did this brownies few months ago, and the SIL said it tasted like Pillsbury brownies. Not sure how true it is since I never had the opportunity to eat it. So yeah, but personally I don't quite like it cause its too dense. And you can literally taste the chocolate. But mom seems to like it. So yeah. Here's the recipe! 140 gram of unsalted butter. 1 ¼ cups of sugar. Note: 1 cup should be fine. 188; tsp salt. 189; cup APF.
