The Good Ol’ Days. Tinker Property After Clearing. The Tinker Property consists of 20 acres of untouched wildnerness next to the island cemetery. This parcel of land was donated to the town by Katherine Tinker and is to be used for educational purposes for Yarmouth’s students.
