Just another WordPress.com site. Edit Number Four →. April 28, 2011. When reading the “Making Proteins” page, I thought that the visual aids on the page were extremely useful in communicating the ideas on there page. Some things such as the structure of proteins are best explained using pictures and videos are opposed to with only words. The most beneficial picture for me was this one:. Blamire, John. “Genetic Code.”. Brooklyn College Web Site. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. On Edit Number Two.

Just another WordPress.com site. My Contibution to the Group Blog. Edit Number Two →. April 27, 2011. Today, I worked on the blog called “DNA Structure”. Mostly, the changes that I made were just rewording and reorganizing the page. I used all of the information in the first paragraph and rewrote it in a bullet-point form that I think is easier to read and take notes using. The original paragraph looked like this:. 8221; What is DNA? What is in DNA? The backbone is made out of sugar-phosphate molecules.

Just another WordPress.com site. Edit Number Three →. April 27, 2011. When looking at the “Making Proteins” page, I was confused as to the relation between the vocabulary they were referring to such as “proteins, amino acids, triplets, and nitrogenous letters”. So, I decided to make a word diagram to show the relations. I inserted it at the beginning of the page so it could be used as a reference point throughout the blog. This is the final word diagram I used:. This entry was posted in Uncategorized.
