Saturday, October 4, 2008. This time I came up with a variety break fast " Egg Dosa". It is very easy to prepare and it is very nurtricious as it has egg in it! Dosa batter ,Egg - 1,Erra karam ( Onion, garlic, salt and Chilli Powder mix). Prepare Erra karam . Mix One small onion , Four gralic cloves , Salt to taste and one spoon Chilli powder and make paste using food processor. Now beat one egg and add " Erra karam " in that egg mix. Now fry the Dosa . Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Home made Andhra wheat thins .Yummy Yummy (chakra Banalu). I came up with a traditional snack variety made in Andhra! They are known as Chakrabanalu. My grand ma used to prepare this for us.we like them very much. Let us see the preperation now. Wheat flour - 3 cups. Salt - 1 tea spoon ( upto your taste). Red Chilli powder - 1 table spoons. Vaamu - 1 table spoon. Zeera - 1 table spoon. Now cut the chapathis into small pieces. Now yummy yummy Chakrabanalu are ready !

A royal recipe straight from the erswhile Nizami kitchen of Hyderabad :). 1 kg Chicken (leg and breast pieces). 2 medium sized onions sliced. 2 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder. 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder. 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
